Our Deluxe Guest Rooms offer all the charm of our Classic rooms with the guarantee of exterior views. Each room has views of downtown or the surrounding hills, offering a taste of mountain town living. As with all our Guest Rooms, Deluxe Guest Rooms are full of history and uniquely decorated.

Each Premium Guest Room is uniquely furnished and decorated—many are named after a person or business that has had a substantial impact on Southwest Colorado, The Strater Hotel and our shared history. These are the most regal of our Guest Rooms, with upgraded accessories such as bathrobes, small sitting areas with dining tables, and are generally located at the front of the hotel. These romantic rooms feature more elegant and elaborate wall coverings and window treatments, feature larger bathrooms, and enjoy views of historic downtown Durango. Guests in our Premium Guest Rooms are provided robes and chocolate treats on the pillow!
