A weekend of meditation, yoga poses, and sound healing
October 18th-20th
Be in the “wellness” of things
People want to be healthier these days because it feels better and because they want to live longer. This is why the health and wellness industry is booming.
So everywhere you look, there’s another beach yoga retreat with meditation, healing, and of course margaritas. But an overly expensive flight to the beach is just not going to happen any time soon… you’re more of a mountains type of person anyway. A weekend in Durango is exactly what you need.
The perfect yoga retreat would include several hours of yoga practice and meditation and at least two yoga professionals while offering vegetarian or clean eating menus to choose from.
So that is exactly what we did!
A perfect yoga retreat in the perfect Rocky Mountains
We’ve designed a real yoga retreat put together for you whether you want a trip with your girlfriends, you need a retreat for a team of runners or athletes, or just a couple wanting to rebalance and relax. Lacy Archer and Thomas Ender will guide you on this three-day journey sharing practices that promote connection, growth, healing, and discovery of the self through the higher self.
Lacy Archer is a Durango local yogini who has studied many types of yoga and is an active trail runner. Thomas Ender is from Feldkirch, Vorarlberg, Austria and is an international Kundalini Yoga instructor. Together they founded Summit Sadhana and they use an array of yoga disciplines to tailor a practice that aligns with your needs and desires on and off the mat.
Still want to feel like you’re on vacation? There is plenty of time for you to venture around Durango or hang out in the Diamond Belle or the Office Spiritorium. We also have a private Jacuzzi room if you want to take relaxing to the next level.
The package includes:
- 2 Night Minimum Stay, Classic Room
- Friday and Saturday dinner, Saturday and Sunday breakfast
- 4 hours of yoga, 1 hour of meditation, 1 hour of sound healing
